Luxury service is too often synonymous with cold, scripted and robotic interactions. The Value of COOL LUXURY is all about bringing your unique self. Whether they are cool and quiet or loud and quirky, we teach our employees that embracing their unique qualities is what sets them apart and generates the most genuine experiences possible.
In this training, employees are randomly paired up with a new person to learn more about them and use their unique personalities and discoveries to create real and personal connections.
BE BOLD training teaches our team to “Fail Fast, Learn Faster.” Each session invites a company leader to talk about a time they failed and the steps they took to not only make a comeback, but also learn from mistakes.
PLUGGED IN training informs employees about the tourist destinations and hot spots through our partnership with the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation. This prepares them to act as an ambassador of Music City.

In OUTRAGEOUSLY ENERGETIC training, employees are given scenarios and are invited to come up with ways to amaze and delight their guests by flexing their creative muscles. In this scenario, you might send champagne and chocolate covered strawberries up to the recently engaged couple's room. You may have your team sign a handwritten congratulations card. Maybe our pastry team decorates a custom cake or we fold their towels into the shape of a ring.
