I am successful in my work because I know that in order to stay relevant, innovate and retain our teams in an ever-competitive workforce, we need to begin with a focus on the development of our people and a sustained commitment to the improvement of our culture.

My career has provided me with twelve years worth of training responsibilities, with six years serving as the Subject Matter Expert in the area. My tailored, multi-tiered development approach keeps learning compelling and relevant to my diverse team, from part-time entry level associates to members of the Executive Leadership team. The unique programs I have created have been used as best practices both inside and outside of my organizations.

Learning follows me outside the classroom in my daily life as I spend a good portion of my free time viewing documentaries and reading books like it's a part-time job. I also enjoy hiking and spending time in and around large bodies of water with my exceptionally hyper dog, Evangeline. I am a creative at heart, so art is a huge passion of mine. From graphic design to live music, I take great inspiration from any form of self expression.
