The purpose of the Brand Ambassador Program is to create future leaders through increased opportunity. I created this initiative when I noticed the gap that existed between front line employees, supervisors and managers. This program better prepares our team for their next step in our organization.

Brand Ambassadorship is mass marketed to the full team and is completely voluntary. Ambassadors are selected by Executive Leaders in an organized, intentional process.
Brand Ambassador selection is a rigorous process guided by 6 Traits of a Brand Ambassador: Performance, Leadership, Curiosity, Values, Attitude and Perspective. Interviews are based on these traits and ensure a well-rounded, diverse and devoted group of future leaders.
Brand Ambassadors hold various benefits with their role, and they also have many great responsibilities.
