HIGH NOTES
Sometimes you just want to provide a simple “thank you” to a coworker. That is where the High Note comes in. This little pink card can be given to anyone in the organization for being a great team player, brightening someone’s mood or exhibiting one of the Values.

Departments challenged each other to see who could recognize the most employees and spread the positive energy the furthest.
Ballots are tallied at the end of each month and final counts are sent to Executive Leadership for selection of Employees of the Month (Gold Record)
Banquets Culinary had perfect pitch at the CMA Awards 2018, so we blew up the High Note for the entire leadership team to sign and presented it at their post-CMA celebration.
Each High Note includes a personalized message from a coworker, along with which company Value was exhibited. Here, an employee shows off her very first High Note!
Receiving High Notes for a job well done is an exceptional feeling.
GOLD + PLATINUM RECORD
Once High Notes ballots are written and submitted, employees are eligible for the Employee of the Month and Year Programs, respectively named the Gold and Platinum Record.
GOLD RECORD
Employees of the Month
Recipients of High Notes are invited to a monthly luncheon called the Gold Record Ceremony. Here, they dine with their leaders and are recognized individually for their accomplishments for the month.
Winners are photographed and displayed on our Wall of Fame for all to see.
Recipients of the Gold Record are selected because they are the highest representation of company Values. They are awarded a bonus and a designated parking spot for the month.
Instead of simply announcing the winners, I give clues, starting with general and working my way to more specific, to who the recipient is. Slowly, the room begins to narrow it down to a select few people. Eventually, the whole room is looking at one person and the answer is exposed before I even say a name.

PLATINUM RECORD
Employees of the Year
Gold Record Recipients and loved ones are invited to the exclusive Platinum Record Dinner where two Employees of the Year are announced. These employees receive the highest honor in the organization, the Platinum Record.
The Platinum Record decision is not an easy one, but it takes into account a full year of dedication and display of Values.

BOLD GOLD
Bold Gold are gold coins which are awarded to employees who exceed expectations. Above and beyond a "thank you," Bold Gold is an internal currency that can be traded for exciting prizes.

Custom coins feature company logo, mascot and date of establishment.
With various prize levels, employees can either save up their Bold Gold for a big prize (a premium shell jacket) or redeem it immediately for something more approachable (a water bottle).
