LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Leading Luxury is a Leadership Development Program which begins with Manager Orientation for each new leadership hire and continues with professional development training throughout the course of employment.


I began this program with a survey of our Executive Committee, interviews with new managers and informal information gathering with front-line team members. Once my timeline was created, I worked quickly and with acute attention to detail to solidify logistics for the Manager Orientation and prepare our Subject Matter Experts for presentations, ranging from luxury standards to systems use and from policy enforcement to the art of team recruitment.

Following the Leading Luxury Manager Orientation, leaders were required to fill out a survey regarding their experience.

Data from Leading Luxury evaluations were compiled and coded. I identified prominent trends and created this infographic to visually display to our Executive Committee the impact of the Orientation, as well as the appetite for ongoing Leading Luxury training opportunities.

Leading Luxury was expanded into a bi-monthly leadership development initiative which includes technical training (Finance and Recruiting) and soft skills training (Conflict Mediation, Book Club, Self Discovery). These courses are open to Supervisors, Managers, Directors and Brand Ambassadors (see Brand Ambassador program for more information).
