SAFETY TRAINING

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, hotels were reopening under limited occupancy and tighter restrictions. In order to prepare our team and continue a focus on safety and customer service, I created a training program affectionately named "Behind the Mask," complete with training guides and infographics designed to keep updated protocols top of mind.

Infographics are used to provide a visual reference for employees throughout the building and on our internal social media app, Beekeeper.

Leaders use “Daily Rehearsal Playbills” at daily stand-up meetings to highlight strict safety measures and customer service hacks to maintain a superior level of service through a pandemic.
